[ CID ALIEN REGISTRATION INSTRUCTION NO. 13, July 22, 1988 ]

SPECIFICATIONS FOR PHOTOGRAPH REQUIREMENT



Effective immediately, only standard photographs will be accepted by the Commission.  The photographs shall have the following specifications:

Standard sizes:

a)      1½" x 1½" or 2" x 2", (the image being approximately ¼ inch from top of the head to the lower extremities of the chin) taken within the last six months from date of submission, showing the full frontal view of the face, without spectacles and hat. Only single photographs are accepted.

b)      Number of copies required:

four (4) copies for alien below 14 years old securing ACR,

five (5) copies for alien aver 14 years old securing ACR, and

eight (8) if applying for ICR at the same time,

seven (7) copies for every alien over 14 years of age registering and at the same time securing either CRPE, CRTT, CRTV, or CRTS,

five (5) copies for either RP/ECC and SRC/ECC issuances,

three (3) copies for US Embassy Certificates who are returning as 9(a) Sp1. and 2 (two) copies if leaving for good,

four (4) copies each for other certificates such as I.D. for Filipino citizens, certificate of non-registration as alien and certificate of no derogatory information file.

The Instructions shall be made into a poster and prominently displayed at the Fingerprint Section.
