[ VRB MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 2002-003, June 10, 2002 ]

GUIDELINES FOR THE ISSUANCE OF A TEMPORARY LICENSE TO NON-TRADITIONAL VIDEOGRAM RETAIL OUTLETS



Please be informed that Board Resolution No. 02-05-34 dated May 27, 2002 was passed by the Board of Directors during its regular meeting, to wit: 

"RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved that the issuance of temporary license is hereby approved for the use of licensed videogram distributors for their non-traditional/extension retail outlets. Provided that a minimum inventory of 100 units of copyrighted titles shall be made available to the public for sell through purposes only. 

The temporary license shall be issued for a minimum period of three (3) months but not exceeding six (6) months."
