CONVERSION TO PHILIPPINE DRIVER’S LICENSE OF FOREIGN LICENSE AND STUDENT PERMIT APPLIED BY FOREIGNER
In the best interest of the service and to avoid delay in the evaluation of application for driver’s licenses applied by foreigners, whether conversion from foreign to Philippine license or student driver’s permit, you are hereby directed to attach the following documents in addition to the existing required documents, to wit:
1. Applicants for conversion of foreign license to Philippine driver’s license, a photocopy of the applicant’s passport showing his arrival to the Philippine duly certified by the Head/CTRO that the original was shown and/or presented.
2. For foreigners applying for conversion of Philippine Student Permit to a driver’s license, a photocopy of the applicant’s Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR) and/or passport showing arrival to the Philippine duly certified by the Head/CTRO that the original had been presented.
