FEES AND CHARGES FOR POEA PROCESSING SERVICES FOR SEAFARERS AND LANDBASED CONTRACT WORKERS INCLUDING RETURNING CONTRACT WORKERS (BALIK-MANGGAGAWA)



Pursuant to Department Order No. 28 (Series of 1992) issued last 09 September 1992 on the above cited subject in compliance with Presidential Memorandum Circular No. 121 dated November 02, 1990 which directs all departments, bureaus, commissions, agencies, offices, and instrumentalities of the National Government, including government-owned or controlled corporation to revise their fees and charges at just and reasonable rates sufficient to cover their administrative costs, the following fees and charges are hereby adopted:
