AMENDMENT BY ADDITION TO THE RULES: SECTION 8.2B & 8.2C- ASSISTANT RACING MANAGER
Please be informed that the Commission in its meeting held on June 21, 2002, after due deliberation, resolved to amend the Rules by adding SECTION 8.2B & 8.2C of the Rules and Regulations on Horseracing, which will now read as follows:
SECTION 8.2B –ASSISTANT RACING MANAGER’S DISQUALIFICATION.- The Assistant Racing Manager is disqualified from racing as a Steward, Judge or Handicapper.
SECTION 8.2C- PENALTY FOR ASSISTANT RACING MANAGER- The same penalty for the Racing Manager shall also be applied to the Assistant Racing Manager in case of violation of these rules and regulations.
This rule shall take effect fifteen (15) days after publication.
