EXEMPTING TAXI AND JEEPNEY OPERATORS FROM PAINTING THEIR NAME, TRADENAME OR BUSINESS NAME AT THE BACK OF THEIR UNITS REQUIRED UNDER MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 92-006-A DATED SEPTEMBER 25, 1992



In view of the limited space at the back of taxi cab units which is not sufficient to accommodate the name of the operator, their tradename or business name, they are hereby exempted from painting same at the back of their taxis.  Likewise, jeepney operators are also exempted from this requirement considering that the back of jeepneys are open, hence, there is no space to paint them.

This Memorandum Circular takes effect immediately and amends Memorandum Circular No. 92-006 and Memorandum Circular No. 92-006-A to the extent above mentioned.
