AMENDMENT TO ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 6, SERIES OF 2000
Pursuant to Article 17 (d) of the Republic Act 7394 otherwise known as the Consumer Act of the Philippines", the following schedule of fees and charges for the services rendered by the National Meat Inspection Commission is hereby amended for the information and guidance of all concerned, to wit:
SECTION 2. MEAT IMPORT INSPECTION FEES
1. For the inspection of the meat, meat products, and edible products whether fresh, frozen, processed, semi-processed, or in airtight containers to determine the fitness for human consumption……….P0.11/kg.
All Orders, rules and regulations which are inconsistent with the provision of this Order are hereby repealed or modified accordingly.
The implementation of this Order shall cover from the time of the lifting of the suspension of A.O. 6 series of 2000 (as per Memo Order No. 20 & 21 dated 13 April 2003).
