[ PPA ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER No. 07-98, August 19, 1998 ]

INCREASE IN DOMESTIC ROLL-ON-ROLL-OFF (RO-RO) RATES/CHARGES



In order to cushion the impact of the present economic crisis brought about by the devaluation of the Philippine peso and the subsequent increase in wages, ro-ro rates under PPA Administrative Order No. 05-95 were granted a twenty per cent (20%) upward adjustment pursuant to PPA Board Ex-Com Resolution No. 98-560 as confirmed by Board Resolution No. 1709. The new rates under the said order are prescribed, as follows:
