RECALL OF OMO NO. 02-005 REGARDING MOTION FOR RECONSIDERATION FOR CANCELLED LEGALIZED STATUS UNDER R.A. NO. 7919
Pursuant to Section 4.3.1 of Republic Act No. 7919, all requests/motions for reconsideration for reinstatement of cancelled permanent resident status under R.A. 7919 shall not be entertained.
Aliens with cancelled permanent resident visa under R.A 7919 are, therefore, advised to leave or to request for downgrading of their cancelled visa and apply for appropriate visa to legalize their stay in the country.
Office Memorandum Order No. ADD-02-005 dated 14 June 2002 is hereby cancelled.
This Office Memorandum Order shall take effect immediately.
