[ BRL ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 102, February 08, 1991 ]
PROVISION FOR FREE LABORATORY EXAMINATION PERFORMED IN THE BUREAU OF RESEARCH AND LABORATORIES, FOR CERTAIN CASES LISTED HEREUNDER
This has reference to Administrative Order No. 97, dated November 5, 1990, containing the laboratory fees for certain laboratory examinations performed in the Bureau of Research and Laboratories, this Department.
Free laboratory examination may be granted for the following:
1. DOH employees and their immediate families
2. Dependents of DOH employees
3. DOH retirees
4. Indigents (as certified)
5. Laboratory examinations done as part of BRL/DOH programs: surveys, research projects, disease surveillance and for clients of Public Health Programs
6. Laboratory examinations done for non-profit or charitable institutions, the WHO and University of the Philippines Systems
7. DOH/Government candidates for Fellowships abroad.
This Order takes effect immediately.
Adopted: 8 Feb. 1991
