LIEN OF P2.00 PER PICUL OF JALASIG SUGARCANE PLANTERS ASSOCIATION, INC.
Finding the resolution adopted by the Jalasig Sugarcane Planters Association on October 11, 1990 to be for the good of the sugar industry, the Passi Sugar Central is hereby authorized to impose and collect a lien on quedans of the members of said Association at the rate of P2.00 per picul beginning crop year 1990-1991 until revoked and to remit said collections to the said Planters Association.
