(NAR) VOL. II NO. 2 / APRIL - JUNE 1991
[ SRA SUGAR ORDER NO. 6, February 22, 1991 ]
WHEREAS, certain functions of the Production Control & Regulation Office (PCRO) are being decentralized in the SRA Branch Offices in the Visayas, per Administrative Order No. 2, dated 29 January 1991;
NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Sugar Regulatory Administration, it is hereby ordered that:
SECTION 1. The Production Control & Regulation Office shall now perform the following functions in the Bacolod City branch office:
a. Processing of applications and issuance of certificates for regular exchange/swapping of all classes of sugar;
b. Registration of sugar/molasses traders or muscovado converters; and
c. Issuance of sugar shipping permits from point to point within the Philippines. This function may also be performed by the PCRO Offices in Cebu City and Iloilo City and by such Mill District Regulation Officer as may be so authorized.
SECTION 2. Provisions of sugar orders, circular letters, rules and regulations inconsistent with or contrary to this Sugar Order are hereby amended, modified or revoked accordingly.
