[ CPA MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 07, S. 2010, December 01, 2010 ]
IMPLEMENTATION OF MANDATORY WEIGHING OF ALL OUTBOUND LOADED DOMESTIC CONTAINER VANS AT THE BASEPORT OF CEBU (CPA A.O. 01-2010)
Effective 16 December 2010, the Authority shall be implementing CPA Administrative Order No. 01-2010 otherwise known as the Mandatory Weighing of All Outbound Loaded Domestic Container Vans at the Baseport of Cebu.
No container or other cargo (on truck) for loading to vessels shall be allowed entry at any of the Domestic Zone gates without a validated weighing slip/receipt issued by an accredited weighbridge operator, per CPA MC No. 06-2010 (Implementing Rules and Regulations).
