MTRCB VOLUNTEER PASS
In order to avoid a vacuum in the monitoring functions of the Board, please be informed that the MTRCB volunteer passes issued by former Chairman Manuel L. Morato are still legal and valid until further notice from the Board.
Refusal to honor and acknowledge the MTRCB passes constitute a violation of Presidential Decree 1986 and its implementing rules and regulations and shall be penalized accordingly against all violators.
