Please be advised that BSRD No. (DE) 95-00636 dated 10 August 1995 evidencing registration of the foreign direct investment of Mr. Paolo Occhionero in True Home Pension House, Inc. (now True Home Hotel, Inc.) has been reported lost.
Said BSRD has been applied for replacement and should not be honored if found and presented for purchase of foreign exchange for capital repatriation or dividends remittance pursuant to Section 40 of the manual of regulations on Foreign exchange Transactions, as amended by Circular No. 698 dated 5 November 2010.
