(NAR) VOL. IV NO. 1 / JANUARY - APRIL 1993

[ LTO MEMORANDUM, February 04, 1993 ]

REJECTED DRIVERS’ LICENSE APPLICATIONS

It has come to our attention that license applicants were never informed by the issuing agencies regarding their rejected drivers’ license applications and instead were advised to go to the License Section, Central Office, for verification of the status of their application although the documents were already forwarded to their office.

In view hereof and in order to minimize complaints regarding the delay in the processing of rejected drivers’ licenses, you are hereby directed to send letters to drivers’ license applicants informing them that their application was rejected.

For strict compliance.
