AMENDMENT OF SEC. 47 OF CAO 001, SERIES OF 2002 I.E INTERIM RULES AND REGULATIONS/GUIDELINES ON THE MANAGEMENT AND OPERATION OF ANY PORT WITHIN THE CAGAYAN FREEPORT PROVIDING NEW RATES FOR ARRASTRE AND STEVEDORING CHARGES



Section 47 of CAO 001, Series of 2002, which provides for Cargo Handling Tariff, is hereby amended to read as follows:

“Section 47. Cargo Handling Tariff. Accredited cargo handling operator shall follow the prescribed CEZA Cargo Handling Tariff as prescribed below:

I.    NON-CONTAINERIZED

This Order shall take effect on January 01, 2010, and shall supersede all previous CEZA Administrative Orders inconsistent herewith.
