COLLECTION OF COMPUTER FEES FOR LETAS



Upon the successful completion of the functional and operational testing. Certificates of Acceptance of an IT Facility (CAIFs) for the following Law Enforcement and Traffic Adjudication System (LETAS) modules were issued at the sites and on the dates stated in the attached schedule:

Law Enforcement and Traffic Adjudication System (LETAS)

    1. Admitted Case Settlement with Report Generation
    2. Contested Case Settlement with Report Generation
    3. Clearance

Revenue Collection System (RCS)

    1. Fees payment for LETAS
    2. OR Re-printing
    3. OR Number Modification
    4. OR Inventory
    5. Start of Day
    6. End of Day
    7. Deposit of collections

Accordingly, pursuant to the LTO Information Technology Project Build-Own-Operate Agreement of the UAT Plan, you are hereby directed to commence the collection of the below specified computer fees for the modules of LETAS applicable to your respective sites as follows:

Subsequent sites to be issued CAIF to implement the LETAS shall immediately commence collection of the above specified computer fees upon issuance of the corresponding Memorandum Circular by the undersigned Assistant Secretary.

All orders/memoranda in conflict herewith are deemed superseded.

This Memorandum Circular shall take effect after publication from three (3) newspapers of general circulation in the Philippines.
