INSPECTION OF MOTOR VEHICLE FOR NEW REGISTRATION
Pursuant to LTO Memorandum Order No. AHS-2008-02, dated November 7,
2008, expanding therewith the Motor Vehicle Inspection System Program,
it directed that all applications for new registration of motor vehicles
with Diliman District Office shall first be inspected by the North
Motor Vehicle Inspection Center. In order to make it more effective,
the same is hereby amended to include the following offices:
1) Caloocan City District Office;
2) Quezon City District Office.It is understood that all new registrations that need to undergo inspection by the MVICs shall include the following vehicles:
1) Brand New from Importers;
2) Used Imported Motor Vehicles;
3) Rebuilt.
