[ LTFRB MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 91-011, July 11, 1991 ]
CLARIFICATION RE: MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 91-005-A AUTHORIZING THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE COLOR CODING SCHEME FOR PUBLIC UTILITY VEHICLES
Memorandum Circular No. 91-005-A, dated 10 April 1991, authorized the implementation of the Color Coding Scheme for public utility vehicles in all regions and directed the Regional Offices of the Board to undertake the necessary measures aimed at putting into effect the said scheme.
In view of the numerous inquiries regarding the coverage of the said Memorandum, it is hereby clarified that the only public utility jeepneys and tricycles are covered by the subject Memorandum. Further, any Memorandum Circular or Order previously issued by this Board which may be inconsistent with this Memorandum is hereby deemed amended and/or superseded.
This Memorandum Circular takes effect immediately.
Adopted: 11 July 1991
