LIST OF SOLD/UNSOLD ITEMS IN PUBLIC AUCTIONS
Pursuant to the memorandum of Undersecretary Solomon S. Cua, Department of Finance dated 18 October 1999, copy attached*, and as mandated by Executive Order No. 56, you are hereby required to submit within ten (10) days after every public auction to the Secretary of Finance a list of sold/unsold items with a recommendation on their distribution and/or disposition in accordance with the Tariff and Customs Code of the Philippines, as amended.
Within ten (10) days from receipt of your report, the Secretary of Finance will also submit his recommendation to the Office of the President.
