RESOLUTION NO. R-833, S. 2009, ESTABLISHING THE ONE-STOP SHOP PROCESSING CENTER FOR HOUSING RELATED PERMITS, ETC. IN ALL REGIONAL OFFICES



Quoted hereunder is HLURB Board Resolution No. R-833, Series of 2009, Establishing the One-Stop Shop Processing Center for Housing Related Permits, Etc. in All Regional Offices, which was approved by the Board on 30 January 2009:
WHEREAS, Administrative Order No. 219, Series of 2008, mandates the creation of One-Stop Shop (OSS) Offices/Centers to accept application and assist developers in securing necessary housing-related permits, licenses, clearances, etc. for housing development;

WHEREAS, the OSS center has been operating only in the Central Office of HLURB;

WHEREAS, upon the request of a number of developers operating in the regions, there is a need to establish OSS Centers in all Regional Offices for the services to be accessible to said housing developers;

WHEREAS, for the OSS Center to successfully operate, it is necessary that a service fee be assessed developers availing of its services;

WHEREFORE, resolved as it is hereby resolved, that One-Stop Shop Processing Centers be established in all regional offices and that a service fee amount to Two Pesos (P2.00) per sq. m. be charged a developer availing of the OSS services. APPROVED, this 30th of January 2009 at Pasay City.

The above was published in The Philippine Daily Inquirer on 21 February 2009, and, in accordance with the provisions of law, shall take effect fifteen (15) days from its date of publication, on 08 March 2009.
