ALERT LEVEL ON THE SECURITY SITUATION IN BAHRAIN
In view of the issuance of a Travel Advisory by the Department of Foreign Affairs that raised the alert level on the security situation in Bahrain from Alert Level 1 (Observation Stage) to Alert Level 2 (Caution Stage), the processing and deployment of all newly hired workers to the country is hereby deferred until such time that the political and security condition has normalized.
Under Alert Level 2, only returning workers will be allowed to travel back to Bahrain, provided that they execute an affidavit that they are fully aware of the security risk in the country, but voluntarily resumes their employment in Bahrain.
