RESOLUTION NO. R-877, IMPLEMENTING RULES AND REGULATIONS OF REPUBLIC ACT NO. 9904, OTHERWISE KNOWN AS THE MAGNA CARTA FOR HOMEOWNERS AND HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATIONS
Attached herewith is HLURB Board Resolution No. R-877[*], Series of 2011, Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9904, Otherwise Known as the Magna Carta for Homeowners and Homeowners Associations, approved by the Board on 24 June 2011.
The above was published in The Official Gazette on 10 October 2011, and, in accordance with the provisions of law, will take effect fifteen (15) days from the date of publication, on 25 October 2011.
