Please be informed that the Board in its meeting held last December 10, 1999, pursuant to Executive Order No. 159 dated February 23, 1994 of the Office of the President, resolved to further amend Section 67 of the Rules and Regulations on Horse Racing by adding the following rates of fees to be paid by licensees and registrants of the PHILRACOM:

“SECTION 67. REGISTRATION FEES — The following are the rates of fees to be paid by licensees and registrants of the PHILRACOM as well as other fees imposed or otherwise to be imposed by it:

LICENSEES
Trainer	P500.00
Jockey	500.00
Apprentice Jockey	500.00
Jockey’s Helper	100.00
Contract Riders	500.00
Starting Gate Helper	300.00
Groom	100.00
Groom’s Helper	50.00
Farrier	300.00
Race Caller/Announcer	500.00
REGISTRATIONS
Horseowners (annually)	500.00
Horse (new and annually)	300.00
Racing Color	200.00
Racing Manager	3,000.00
Assistant Racing Manager	3,000.00
Racing Steward	1,500.00
Racing Judge	1,000.00
Racing Veterinarian	500.00
Paddock Steward	500.00
Racing Weigher	500.00
Racing Starter	500.00
Racing Clocker	500.00
Club Handicapper	1,000.00
