AMENDMENT TO THE MEMORANDUM DATED 06 JANUARY 2003 RE: MORATORIUM ON THE ACCEPTANCE OF APPLICATION ON ACCREDITATION OF NEW PHYSICIANS
As a result of the continuous suspension/revocation of Accreditation of LTO Accredited Physicians due to violations against Administrative Order No. 85-AO-005 specifically in the National Capital Region (NCR), the committee finds it necessary to accredit more physicians in some areas where the accredited physicians were previously assigned.
In view hereof, the Committee on Accreditation of Physicians are directed to accept new applications for new accredited physicians in areas which lack accredited physicians.
All orders/memoranda issued in conflict herewith are hereby deemed superseded.
