THE MARITIME TRAINING COUNCIL'S IMPLEMENTING GUIDELINES FOR THE REVALIDATION OF CERTIFICATES AND RENEWAL OF DOCUMENTARY EVIDENCE UNDER SECTION 7 OF MTC RESOLUTION NO.1, SERIES OF 2001
All licensed manning/shipping agencies are enjoined to avail of copies of the Maritime Training Council (MTC) Memorandum Circular No.2, Series of 2005, entitled "Implementing Guidelines in the Revalidation of Certificates and Renewal of Documentary Evidence Under Section 7 of MTC Resolution No.1, Series of 2001 (Revised Standards in the Issuance of Certificates of Documentary Evidence under Chapters V and VI of the STCW Convention, as amended, for New Entrants and Existing Seafarers)," at the MTC official website www.mtc.gov.ph.
The MTC Circular provides the necessary guidelines governing the revalidation of certificates and renewal of documentary evidence at the National Assessment Center.
