[ CPA MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 12, S. OF 2006, June 27, 2006 ]
RENTAL RATE FOR TICKETS BOOTHS AT TOLEDO PASSENGER TERMINAL
Pursuant to the pertinent provisions in RA7621 and CPA Board Resolution No. 34-2006 adopted during the 5th regular meeting of the 5th Cebu Port Commission held on 23 June 2 2006, the following rental rate is hereby adopted in the lease of ticket booths at the Toledo Passenger Terminal.
SECTION 1. Rental Rate - A monthly rental of P2,000.00 per booth, VAT inclusive but exclusive of power charges, shall be imposed on shipping companies opting to lease ticket booths at the Toledo Passenger Terminal.
SECTION 2. Compliance with CPA Rules - All lessees shall comply with existing rules and regulations of the CPA particularly on the leasing of building spaces and those which the latter may hereafter issue.
SECTION 3. Effectivity - This Memorandum Circular shall take effect immediately after two publications, once a week, in a newspaper of general circulation.
