[ MTC MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 02, S. 2011, January 24, 2011 ]
MODIFYING PARAGRAPH 3 OF MC 13, SERIES OF 2010
This refers to the MTC Memorandum Circular No. 13, Series of 2010 issued 23 December 2010 regarding the acceptance of applications for certification at the National Assessment Center (NAC).
The last paragraph of MC 13 which states that “Likewise, only applications or endorsement letters bearing the signature of the President/Chief Executive Officer or Crewing Manager/Training Director of the Company shall be accepted by NAC,” is hereby expanded to include other positions with administrative or managerial responsibility, provided that the name and specimen signature has been properly submitted to the NAC for verification purpose.
All other provisions stated in MC No. 13 Series of 2010 not inconsistent herewith shall remain valid and effective.
