[ LTO MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. AHS-2008-948, March 13, 2008 ]
CONDUCT OF MANDATORY EMISSION TESTING
With reference to Memorandum dated 06 March 2007 and RIB-2008-922 dated 21 January 2008 on the List of LTO Offices without PETC and RTL-MC-03423.on Mandatory Emission Test, the following guidelines are hereby reiterated:
1. The LTO district offices without existing PETCs until now shall use the gas analyzers and opacity meters procured under the MVUC Funds. Reports on the conduct of emission testing shall be submitted to the Regional Monitoring Team for proper monitoring and recording of vehicles submitted for emission test; and 2. At public utility vehicles (for hire) are given the option to submit vehicles for testing at LTO testing facilities following the hereunder test fees:
