SECOND TRANCHE OF ALLOCABLE BALANCES *
1. This is to announce the second tranche of allocable balances taken from the Levels of Restraint.
2. A thorough deliberation was made and in order not to jeopardizes any party, the said allocable balances shall be allocated DOWN-THE-LINE FROM THE LAST AWARDEE TO THE NEXT IN RANK of EA applications received during the first regular EA allocation, of 18-19 February 1993. However, the maximum award that may be granted in the small basket shall not exceed the maximum quantity granted during the first tranche in the first allocation.
3. The same set of guidelines used in the first regular EA allocation shall be applied per Board approval of 04 March 1993.
