NEW POSTAL FEES FOR BUSINESS MAIL ITEMS
For the information and guidance of all concerned, the following new postal charges are hereby being introduced effective August 1, 2005, to wit:
1. ANNUAL FEE – The amount of P 100.00 shall be collected from applicants of 2nd and 3rd Class Mail Permits upon submission of their letter of application to the Regional director. Thereafter, the annual fee shall be payable on the anniversary date of original permit issued. An additional P50.00 shall also be collected for each additional post office of entry that the applicant has applied for.
2. POSTAGE CHARGE ACCOUNT (PCA) FEE – Clients who wish to secure this credit facility of the Corporation shall be charged the amount of P500.00 processing fee, which shall be renewable every year thereafter.
3. BULK PRESORTED MAIL SERVICE FEE – The annual fee for this service is hereby adjusted to P200.00 and renewable yearly.
The previous guidelines on the application for above postal services shall be enforced. Corresponding Official Receipts shall be issued for these postal charges, the serial number of which shall be written on the permit issued.
Regional Directors, Postal District Managers, and other supervisory official are hereby directed to monitor compliance of this Administrative Order.
