[ LTFRB MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 2010-026, May 18, 2010 ]

SUBMISSION OF OPERATOR’S DATA



Pursuant to the authority of the Board to promulgate rules and regulations in the operation of land-based public utility vehicles and as part of the Board’s Road Safety Program, all operators are hereby ordered to submit their correct and updated Operator’s Data on or before June 30, 2010. However, for those who will be filing applications/ petition prior to said date, the correction/updating of the Operator’s Data should be filed together with said application/petition.

Attached hereto* is the required format, which shall be submitted in two (2) copies to the Chief of the Management Information Division (for Central and NCR cases) or to the LTFRB Regional Office which granted the CPC.

Said data shall form part in the evaluation of petitions/applications filed before the Board. Failure to comply or to submit false information shall be penalized with a fine of Five Hundred Pesos (P500.00).

All issuances inconsistent herewith are hereby superseded and amended accordingly.

This Memorandum Circular shall take effect fifteen (15) days following its publication in a newspaper of general circulation and filing of three (3) copies hereof with the UP Law Center pursuant to Presidential Memorandum Circular No. 11 dated 9 October 1992.
