ENTRANCE/DEPARTURE CLEARANCE OF VESSELS



Effective immediately you are instructed not to grant entrance/departure clearance to vessels without a duly approved Application to Berth for purposes of unloading/loading of cargoes particularly in the private ports.

Before granting the entrance/departure clearance you are reminded to check the minimum documentary requirements pursuant to PPA MC No. 13-2002 dated 07 March 2002 and verify the accuracy of the data therein to determine the propriety of the assessment and the correctness of the computations of charges against the vessels, cargoes and PPA arrastre share, especially in view of vessels operating under MARINA MC No. 166.
