NEW CARGO HANDLING TARIFF FOR THE PORT OF GENERAL SANTOS AT PAR WITH THE RATES OF PORT OF DAVAO



Pursuant to PPA Board of Directors Resolution No. 1892 dated 28 November 2001, approving the request of South Cotabato Integrated Port Services, Incorporated (SCIPSI) for an adjustment in cargo handling rates at the Port of General Santos to be at par with the rates of the Port of Davao, and the Implementing Order of this Office under PMO Memorandum Order No. 01-2001 dated 21 December 2001, subject to publication in a local newspaper, which appeared on the SUN STAR General Santos on 24 December 2001 and the MINDANAO BULLETIN on 25 December 2001, please be informed that the adjustment in the cargo handling rates at the Port of General Santos takes effect 09 January 2002, fifteen (15) days after the publication in the two (2) local newspapers above-mentioned.

Please take note, however, of some errors in the printing, to wit:
