SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE STICKER RELATIVE TO THE PROHIBITION ON PARKING AREA FOR LPG FUELED MOTOR VEHICLES PROVIDED UNDER MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. RIB-2007-891
Pursuant to the DOTC Department Order No. 2007-06 and Memorandum Circular RIB-2Q07-891 (implementing rules and regulations), the sticker with the text "NOT ALLOWED TO PARK IN AN ENCLOSED PARKING SPACE" must conform with the following standards:
It must be weather resistant. Its colors and dimensions must comply with the following specifications:
The text must be centered in the middle of the sticker. See illustration below:

The conversion shops authorized or licensed by the Department of Trade and Industry stall cause the production of this sticker and shall stick the same on the upper-left corner °f the vehicle's windshield prior to the issuance of the Certificate of Inspection and Maintenance Compliance (IMC) as provided for in Memorandum Circular No. RIB-2007-b91 dated October 24,2007.
