AMENDMENT TO "ANNEX A" OF MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 77-A ON THE REVISED SCHEDULE OF FEES AND CHARGES



Pursuant to the provisions of Executive Order No. 125, as amended, and in order to prescribe the rates of fees and charges for the other applications relative to vessel registration/licensing/documentation and vessel safety regulatory functions, "Annex A" of MC 77-A is hereby amended to include the additional fees and charges. Further, fee for the Certificate of Inspection (CI)/Interim Certificate of Inspection (ICI) is hereby replaced by the Vessel Inspection Fees in addition to the cost of CI and ICI under Items 4, 5 & 6 of the attached Annex*.

All other provisions of MARINA MC 77-A insofar as they are not inconsistent with this Circular shall remain in full force and effect.

This Memorandum Circular together with MC 77-A shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication once in a newspaper of general circulation.
