RESCISSION OF ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 65 DATED JANUARY 1980 REGARDING “PROHIBITION AGAINST THE EMPLOYMENT OF MEMBERS OF A FAMILY RELATED WITHIN THE 3RD DEGREE EITHER OF AFFINITY OR CONSANGUINITY IN THE SAME INSTITUTION, HOSPITAL OR OFFICE UNDER THE MINISTRY OF HEALTH NOT COVERED BY NEPOTISM”
In the interest of the service, Administrative Order No. 65 dated 5 January 1980 regarding “Prohibition Against the Employment of Members of a Family Related Within the 3rd Degree Either of Affinity or Consanguinity in the Same Institution, Hospital or Office Under the Ministry of Health Not Covered by Nepotism,” and all other related issuances regarding the subject matter are hereby rescinded/repealed.
As such, the Nepotism rule indicated under the Civil Service Law and Rules shall be observed in the hiring of employees in this Department.
This Order shall take effect immediately.
