AMENDMENT TO SEC. 21-A OF THE REVISED RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE VIDEOGRAM REGULATORY BOARD



Pursuant to Board Resolution No. 95-05-77 as adopted by the Board in its Regular Meeting on May 29, 1995 held at the Conference Room, 11th Floor Agustin 1 Building, Emerald Avenue, Pasig, Metro Manila, Section 21-A of the Revised Rules and Regulations have been amended to include the following provision:

1bis. Commercially producing, reproducing, selling, renting, distributing, disposing of, or publicly exhibiting videograms after license issued by the Board to engage in such business has expired and was not renewed.

Corollary to the foregoing, the liability of all videogram establishments apprehended operating with expired licenses shall be considered a grave violation under the Revised Rules and Regulations with the corresponding penalties provided therein.

This shall take effect immediately.
