ALERT NOTICE
Everyone is advised of the discovery of an entry the duties and taxes check writed on the Free Disposal portion of the IEIRD of which is SPURIOUS. The goods covered have been SEIZED accordingly.
Our system of payments verification requires that matching clerks look for the said amount in the abstract of collection as electronically received from the banks. Investigation shows that no such payment appears in the corresponding abstract. Therefore, this spurious payment could be easily detected assuming the assigned matching clerk would perform the verification properly.
Matching clerks are therefore warned to be very vigilant for such spurious payments. You have the means to apprehend such cases. Only laxity and gross dereliction of duty on your part can make such an attempt succeed.
