the twelfth day of March, Two Thousand Fifteen

AN ORDINANCE WITHDRAWING FROM PUBLIC USE THAT PORTION OF LOT LOCATED AT ROXAS BOULEVARD, MALATE, MANILA, WITH AN APPROXIMATE AREA OF THIRTY-FIVE SQUARE METERS AND FORTY SQUARE DECIMETERS (35.40 SQ. M.), SURROUNDED BY AND ADJACENT TO THE THREE PORTIONS OF LAND OWNED BY ADMIRAL REALTY COMPANY, INCORPORATED

Be it ordained by the City Council of Manila, in session assembled, THAT:

SECTION 1. That portion of lot located at Roxas Boulevard, Malate, Manila, with an approximate area of Thirty-Five Square Meter and Forty Square Decimeters (35.40 Sq. M.), surrounded by and adjacent to the three portions of land owned b Admiral Realty Company, Incorporated, is hereby withdrawn from public use.

SEC. 2. Effectivity Clause. - This Ordinance shall take effect upon it approval.

This Ordinance was finally enacted by the City Council of Manila on March 24, 2015.
