AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE TITLE AND SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE NO. 8262, BY SUBSTITUTING THE REGISTERED OWNER FROM FELIX MATEO RUNES, JR. WITH DEVELOPMENT BANK OF THE PHILIPPINES, COVERED BY TRANSFER CERFICATE OF TITLE NO. 193707, IN THE REGISTRY OF DEEDS FOR THE CITY OF MANILA

Be it ordained by the City Council of Manila, in session assembled THAT:

SECTION 1. The Title of City Ordinance No. 8262 is hereby amended by substituting the name Felix Mateo Runes, Jr. with Development Bank of the Philippines.
"AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY MAYOR TO CAUSE THE ACQUISITION EITHER BY NEGOTIATION, EXPROPRIATION OR BY ANY OTHER LEGAL MEANS, OF THAT CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND WITH AN AREA OF FIVE HUNDRED FIFTY-THREE SQUARE METERS AND FIFTY SQUARE DECIMETERS (553.50, SQ. M.), MORE OR LESS LOCATED IN PACO, MANILA, REGISTERED UNDER THE  NAME DEVELOPMENT BANK OF THE PHILIPPINES, COVEBED BY TRANSFER CERTIFICATE OF TITLE NO.  193707, IN THE REGISTRY OF DEEDS FOR THE CITY OF MANILA."
SEC. 2. Section 1 thereof is hereby be amended by substituting the name of Felix Mateo Runes, Jr. with Development Bank of the Philippines to read as follows:
"SECTION 1. The City Mayor is hereby authorized to cause the acquisition, either by negotiation, expropriation or by any other legal means, of that certain parcel of land with an area of Five Hundred Fifty-Three Square Meters and Fifty Square Decimeters (553.50 Sq. M.), more or less, located in Paco, Manila, covered by TCT No. 193707, registered under the name of Development Bank of the Philippines, in the Registry of Deeds for the City of Manila."
SEC. 3. Effectivity Clause. — This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its approval.

This Ordinance was finally enacted by the City Council of Manila on March 3, 2015.
