AN ORDINANCE REALIGNING THE AMOUNT OF TWO MILLION PESOS (PHP. 2,000,000.00), ORIGINALLY ALLOTTED FOR THE PURCHASE OF A MOTOR VEHICLE IN THE CURRENT YEAR BUDGET UNDER CITY ORDINANCE NO. 8329, TO BE TRANSFERRED AND APPROPRIATED FOR RENOVATION OF OFFICE BUILDING AND PURCHASE OF FURNITURE AND FIXTURES IN THE OFFICE OF THE CITY ADMINISTRATOR

Be it ordained by the City Council of Manila, in session assembled, THAT:

SECTION 1. The amount of Two Million Pesos (PhP. 2,000,000.00), originally intended for the purchase of a motor vehicle in the current year budget under City Ordinance No. 8329, is hereby realigned and appropriated for renovation of office building and purchase of furniture and fixtures in the Office of the City Administrator.

SEC. 2. Effectivity Clause. - This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.

This Ordinance was finally enacted by the City Council of Manila on October 21, 2014.
