AN ORDINANCE FURTHERMORE AMENDING SECTION 2.a OF ORDINANCE NO. 7755 (UNDER TRICYCLE TERMINALS), AS AMENDED, BY INCLUDING THEREIN THE LOADING AND UNLOADING AREAS OF LACSON – PIY MARGAL – BLUMENTRITT TRICYCLE OPERATORS AND DRIVERS ASSOCIATION INCORPORATED AND SECTION 2 OF ORDINANCE NO. 7871, AS AMENDED, BY INCLUDING THEREIN ITS ROUTE MEASURE CAPACITY

Be it ordained by the City Council of Manila, in session assembled, THAT:

SECTION 1. Section 2.a (Tricycle Terminals) of Ordinance No. 7755, is hereby furthermore amended, by including therein the loading and unloading areas of Lacson – Piy Margal – Blumentritt Tricycle Operators and Drivers Association, Incorporated (LACMABLU TODA, INC.), to read as follows:
"LACSON – PIY MARGAL – BLUMENTRITT TRICYCLE
OPERATORS AND DRIVERS ASSOCIATION, INC.
(LACMABLU TODA, INC.)

Loading and Unloading Areas
  1. A. H. Lacson Street corner Blumentritt Street
  2. M. Dela Fuente Street corner A. H. Lacson Street
  3. M. Dela Fuente Street corner Dimasalang Street
  4. A. H. Lacson Street corner Dimasalang Street
  5. M. Dela Fuente Street corner Blumentritt Street"
SEC. 2. Section 2 of Ordinance No. 7871, is hereby furthermore amended, by including therein the Route Measure Capacity and authorized route line of the Lacson – Piy Margal – Blumentritt Tricycle Operators and Drivers Association, Incorporated (LACMABLU TODA, INC.), to read as follows:
"ASSOCIATION R.M.C.
Lacson  – Piy Margal  – Blumentritt Tricycle
Operators and Drivers
Association, Incorporated
(LACMABLU TODA, INC.)		 20 Units

ROUTE

The authorized route lines of operation shall be via P. Florentino Street – Metrica Street – Craig Street – Kundiman Street – E. Quintos Street – San Diego Street – Antipolo Street – Algeciras Street – Prudencio Street – Cristobal Street – Miguelin Street – V. Cruz Street – Marzan Street – M. Dela Fuente Street – Ma. Cristina Street – Don Quijote Street – Carola Street – Dos Castillas Street – A. H. Lacson Street – Piy Margal Street and vice-versa"

SEC. 3. Separability Clause. – If any part or provision of this Ordinance is held or declared invalid or unconstitutional, the other provisions not affected thereby shall remain in full force and effect.

SEC. 4. Repealing Clause. – All other local laws, decrees, orders, issuances, rules and regulations which are inconsistent with the provisions of this Ordinance are hereby repealed, amended or modified accordingly.

SEC. 5. Effectivity Clause. – This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its approval.

This Ordinance was finally enacted by the City Council of Manila on August 20, 2015.
