AN ORDINANCE FURTHERMORE AMENDING SECTION 2.a. OF ORDINANCE NO. 7755 (UNDER TRICYCLE TERMINALS), AS AMENDED, BY INCLUDING THEREIN THE LOADING AND UNLOADING AREAS OF PIY MARGAL DELA FUENTE TRICYCLE OPERATORS AND DRIVERS ASSOCIATION, INCORPORATED, AND SECTION 2 OF ORDINANCE NO. 7871, AS AMENDED, BY INCLUDING THEREIN ITS ROUTE MEASURE CAPACITY

Be it ordained by the City Council of Manila, in session assembled, THAT:

SECTION 1. Section 2.a. (Tricycle Terminals) of Ordinance No. 7755, is hereby furthermore amended, by including therein the loading and unloading areas of Piy Margal Dela Fuente Tricycle Operators and Drivers Association, Incorporated (PMDF TODA, INC.), to read as follows:
"PIY MARGAL DELA FUENTE TRICYCLE OPERATORS AND
DRIVERS ASSOCIATION, INCORPORATED (PMDF TODA, INC.)

Loading and Unloading Areas
  1. A. H. Lacson Street corner Blumentritt Street
  2. M. Dela Fuente corner A.H, Lacson Street
  3. M. Dela Fuente corner Dimasalang Street
  4. A. H.Lacson Street corner Dimasalang Street
  5. M. Dela Fuente comer Blumentritt Street"
SEC. 2. Section 2 of Ordinance No. 7871, is hereby furthermore amended, by including therein the Route Measure Capacity and authorized route line of the Piy Margal Dela Fuente Tricycle Operators and Drivers Associations, Incorporated (PMDF TODA, INC.), to read as follows:
"ASSOCIATION R.M.C.
Piy Margal Dela Fuente Tricycle
Operators and Drivers
Association, Incorporated
(PMDF TODA, INC.) 		38 Units
The authorized route lines of operation shall be via P. Florentino Street – Metrica Street – Craig Street – Kundiman Street – E. Quintos Street – San Diego Street – Antipolo Street – Algeciras Street – Prudencio Street – Cristobal Street – Miguelin Street – V. Cruz Street – Marzan Street-M. Dela Fuente Street – Ma. Cristina Street – Don Quijote Street – Carola Street – Dos Castillas Street – A. H. Lacson Street – Piy Margal Street and vice versa."

SEC. 3. Separability Clause. – If any part or provision of this Ordinance is held or declared invalid or unconstitutional, the other provision not affected thereby shall remain in full force and effect.

SEC. 4. Repealing Clause. – All other other local laws, decrees, orders, issuances, rules and regulations which are inconsistent with the provisions of this Ordinance are hereby repealed, amended or modified accordingly.

SEC. 5. Effectlvity Clause. – This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its approval.

This Ordinance was finally enacted by the City Council of Manila on' September 1, 2015.
