AN ORDINANCE FURTHERMORE AMENDING SECTION 2.a OF ORDINANCE NO. 7755 (UNDER TRICYCLE TERMINALS), AS AMENDED, BY INCLUDING THEREIN THE LOADING AND UNLOADING AREAS OF PUREGOLD KALENTONG TRICYCLE OPERATORS AND DRIVERS ASSOCIATION, INCORPORATED, AND SECTION 2 OF ORDINANCE NO. 7871, AS AMENDED, BY INCLUDING THEREIN ITS ROUTE MEASURE CAPACITY

Be it ordained by the City Council of Manila, in session assembled, THAT:

SECTION 1. Section 2.a (Tricycle Terminals) of Ordinance No. 7755, is hereby furthermore amended, by including therein the loading and unloading areas of Puregold Kalentong Tricycle Operators and Drivers Association (PGKALTODA), to read as follows:
"PUREGOLD KALENTONG TRICYCLE OPERATORS
AND DRIVERS ASSOCIATION, (PGKALTODA), INC.

Loading and Unloading Areas
  1. Puregold Kalentong – Sta. Ana
  2. Puregold Kalentong – Bacood, Sta. Mesa"
SEC. 2. Section 2 of Ordinance No. 7871, is hereby furthermore amended, by including therein the Route Measure Capacity and authorized route line of the Puregold Kalentong Tricycle Operators and Drivers Association, Inc., to read as follows:
"ASSOCIATION R.M.C.
Puregold Kalentong Tricycle
Operators and Drivers Association,
Inc. (PGKALTODA)		 20 Units
ROUTE

Puregold Kalentong to Sta. Ana and Bacood, Sta. Mesa, Manila and vice-versa."

SEC. 3. Repealing Clause. – All other local laws, decrees, orders, issuances, rules and regulations which are inconsistent with the provisions of this Ordinance are hereby repealed, amended or modified accordingly.

SEC. 4. Effectivity Clause. – This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its approval.

This Ordinance was finally enacted by the City Council of Manila on August 27, 2015.
