AN ORDINANCE FURTHERMORE AMENDING SECTION 2.a OF ORDINANCE NO. 7755 (UNDER TRICYCLE TERMINALS), AS AMENDED, BY INCLUDING THEREIN THE LOADING AND UNLOADING AREAS OF PADRE NOVAL TRICYCLE OPERATORS AND DRIVERS ASSOCIATION, AND SECTION 2 OF ORDINANCE NO. 7871, AS AMENDED, BY INCLUDING THEREIN ITS ROUTE MEASURE CAPACITY

Be it ordained by the City Council of Manila, in session assembled, THAT:

SECTION 1. Section 2.a (Tricycle Terminals) of Ordinance No. 7755, is hereby furthermore amended, by including therein the loading and unloading areas of Padre Noval Tricycle Operators and Drivers Association (PANTODA), to read as follows:
"PADRE NOVAL TRICYCLE OPERATORS AND DRIVERS
ASSOCIATION (PANTODA)

Loading and Unloading Areas
  1. Corner of Padre Noval Street and Dapitan Street, Sampaloc, Manila
  2. Corner of J. Barlin Street and P. Campa Street, Sampaloc, Manila."
SEC. 2. Section 2 of Ordinance No. 7871, is hereby furthermore amended, by including therein the Route Measure Capacity and authorized route line of Padre Noval Tricycle Operators and Drivers Association, inc., to read as follows:
"ASSOCIATION R.M.C.
Padre Noval Tricycle Operators
and Drivers Association
(PANTODA)
30 Units
ROUTE

The authorized route line of operation shall be via Padre Noval Street – J. Barlin Street – Eloisa Street – G.M. Tolentino Street – Adelina Street – P. Campa Street – Paquita Street – Delos Reyes Street – Paredes Street and vice-versa."

SEC. 3. Separability Clause. – If any part or provision of this Ordinance is held or declared invalid or unconstitutional, the other provisions not affected thereby shall remain in full force and effect.

SEC. 4. Repealing Clause. – All other local laws, decrees, orders, issuances, rules and regulations which are inconsistent with the provision of this Ordinance are hereby repealed, amended or modified accordingly.

SEC. 5. Effectivity Clause. – This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its approval.

This Ordinance was finally enacted by the City Council of Manila on September 3, 2015.
