AN ORDINANCE FURTHERMORE AMENDING SECTION 2.a OF ORDINANCE NO. 7755 (UNDER TRICYCLE TERMINALS), AS AMENDED, BY INCLUDING THEREIN THE LOADING AND UNLOADING AREA OF ANACLETO TRICYCLE OPERATORS AND DRIVERS ASSOCIATION, INCORPORATED AND SECTION 2 OF ORDINANCE NO. 7871, AS AMENDED, BY INCLUDING THEREIN ITS ROUTE MEASURE CAPACITY

Be it ordained by the City Council of Manila, in session assembled, THAT:

SECTION 1. Section 2.a (Tricycle Terminals) of Ordinance No. 7755, is hereby furthermore amended, by including therein the loading and unloading area of Anacleto Tricycle Operators and Drivers Association, Inc., (ANACTODA), to read as follows:
"ANACLETO TRICYCLE OPERATORS AND DRIVERS
ASSOCIATION, INC. (ANACTODA)

Loading and Unloading Areas

a. Anacleto Street corner Tayuman Streer"
SEC. 2. Section 2 of Ordinance No. 7871, is hereby furthermore amended, by including therein the Route Measure Capacity and authorized route line of Anacleto Tricycle Operators and Drivers Association, Inc., to read as follows:
"ASSOCIATION R.M.C.
Anacleto Tricycle
Operators and Drivers
Association, Inc.
(ANACTODA)		 50 Units
ROUTE

The authorized route lines of operation shall be via Anacleto Street – left to Herrera Street – right to Tomas Mapua Street – straight ahead up to Antipolo Street corner Rizal Avenue – back to Antipolo Street – left to Ipil Street – straight ahead and left to Herrera Street – right to Anacleto Street and vice versa "

SEC. 3. Effectivity Clause. – This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its approval.

This Ordinance was finally enacted by the City Council of Manila on October 15, 2015.
