AN ORDINANCE FURTHERMORE AMENDING SECTION 2.a OF ORDINANCE NO. 7755 (UNDER TRICYCLE TERMINALS), AS AMENDED, BY INCLUDING THEREIN THE LOADING AND UNLOADING AREAS OF CAVITE AVENIDA TAMBUNTING TRICYCLE OPERATIONS AND DRIVERS ASSOCIATION AND SECTION 2 OF ORDINACE NO. 7871, AS AMENDED, BY INCLUDING THEREIN ITS ROUTE MEASURE CAPACITY

Be it ordained by the City Council of Manila, in session assembled, THAT:
SECTION 1. Section 2.a (Tricycle Terminals) of Ordinance No. 7755, is hereby furthermore amended, by including therein the loading and unloading areas of Cavite Avenida Tambuting Tricycle Operators and Driver Association, Inc. (CATTODA), to read as follows:
SEC. 2. Section 2 of Ordinance No. 7871, is hereby further amended, by including therein the Route Measure Capacity and authorized route line of Cavite Avenida Tambunting Tricycle Operators and Drivers Association, to read as follows:"CAVITE AVENIDA TAMBUTING TRICYCLE
OPERATORS AND DRIVERS ASSOCIATION, INC.,
(CATTODA)
Loading and Unloading Areas
a. Cavite Street corner Rizal Avenue
b. Bulacan Street corner Oroquieta Street"
"ASSOCIATION R.M.C. Cavite Avenida Tambunting
Tricycle Operators and Drivers
Association (CATTADO)50 Units
The authorized route lines of operation shall be via Cavite Street – Oroquieta Street – Tecson Street – M. Natividad Street – M. Hizon Street – Felix Huertas Street – Sulu Street – P. Guevarra Street – L. Rivera Street – SM San Lazaro – T. Mapua Street – Severino Reyes Street – Antipolo Street – Laguna Street – Batangas Streets – Isagani Street – Tiago Street – Pampanga Street – Solis Street – Juan Luan Street – A. Maceda Street – Pampanga Street – Dinalupihan Street and vice versa."
SEC. 3. Effectivity Clause. – This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
This Ordinance was finally enacted by the City Council of Manila on 24 November 2015.
