Begun and held in the City Council on Thursday,
the thirtieth day of July, Two Thousand Fifteen

AN ORDINANCE WITHDRAWING FROM PUBLIC USE THE PATRIMONIAL PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS LOT 5-B, BLOCK 2242, UNDER PROPERTY IDENTIFICATION NUMBER 117-02-327-01-030, LOCATED AT MAKATA STREET, STA. CRUZ, MANILA, PROVIDING FOR ITS USE AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES

Be it ordained by the City Council of Manila, in session assembled, THAT:

SECTION 1. That certain parcel of land, situated at Makata Street, Sta. Cruz, Manila, Barangay 327, Zone 33, District III, is hereby withdrawn from public use and be reclassified as a lot for the Land-for-the-Landless Program of the City of Manila.

SEC. 2. The subject road lot sought to be reclassified under this Ordinance shall be used as home lot to form part of the City Government's Urban Housing Program to be awarded through sale on installment basis to the actual bona fide occupants thereat.

SEC. 3. The City Tenants Security Committee through the City Urban Settlements Office shall oversee the effective implementation of this Ordinance.

SEC. 4. Effectivity Clause. – This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.

This Ordinance was finally enacted by the City Council of Manila on January 12, 2016.
